How can I track my order ?
After we receive your order, an internal staff member will be assigned to follow up with you one-on-one. Once the goods are dispatched, we will provide you with the logistics tracking number or the contact information of the delivery driver immediately.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee will be calculated based on the actual goods of the order and the shipping method. It will be clearly informed before shipment.
Are you producing standard parts?
Yes, in addition to custom products, we also have some regular grams and specifications of base paper.
What is the production capacity of your company?
We have 9 base paper production lines with an annual output of 17,000 tons; dozens of paper rope, paper raffia, and premium paper rope production equipment with an annual output of over 150 tons; and dozens of paper yarn spinning machines with an annual output of over 200 tons, which can meet the needs of customers with different purchasing volumes.
What payment options can I use ?
When quoting, we will confirm with you the trading method, FOB,EXW or other methods. When determining the production, we will pay 30% advance payment in advance, and then pay the balance on invoice. Our payment terms are T/T.
How are the goods delivered to the customer?
Usually we ship goods by sea, because we are in Zhejiang, we are only 3-4 hours away from Ningbo Port and Shanghai port by car, sea export is very convenient. Also,there is the Yiwu Port by land transportation, which is about a 1-2 hour drive. Of course, if the customer’s goods are urgent, we can also air freight, Ningbo airport and Shanghai International airport are very close to us.
Can you make customized products?
Yes, we mainly make custom products. We develop and produce products according to the samples provided by customers.
What should I do if my product has a quality issue?
Please provide the video that records the problem, and contact the salesperson immediately to communicate and negotiate with them.
