In 1939, Chen Jishun founded "Gaolong Hat Company".

In 1986, Chen Gentu founded "Wenling Lianglong Xinji Craft Weaving Factory", with a plant area of 300 square meters.

In 1993, Gaolong Craft Weaving Factory was renamed as Wenling Shunpu Craft and Art Factory, covering an area of 5 acres.

In 1998, Wenling Shunpu Hat Industry Co., Ltd. was established in cooperation with Hong Kong Jiehao Co., Ltd., covering an area of 15 acres.

Jinjiang Shunpu Paper Industry Co., Ltd. attracted investment and entered the park in 2005, covering an area of 68 acres. It was completed and put into operation in 2006, and currently has 7 production lines. In addition to a 15000 square meter factory building, there are also supporting facilities such as a cafeteria, employee dormitories, and office buildings.The products are sold to major cities in China as well as countries such as Peru, Vietnam, Germany, and Sweden.

In October 2006, Shunpu Paper Industry's first production line was officially put into operation.

In 2007, Zhejiang Shunpu Arts and Crafts Factory was renamed Zhejiang Shunpu Crafts Co., Ltd., covering an area of 25 acres.

In March 2007, the second production line was officially put into operation, and the spinning workshop and boutique workshop were put into use the same year.

In September 2008, the third production line was officially put into operation.

The construction of the second workshop was completed in September 2010, and the fourth production line was put into production.

The fifth production line machine was put into operation normally in July 2013.

The construction of the third workshop was completed in February 2017, and the sixth production line was put into normal operation. The seventh production line was put into normal operation in March of the same year.
