In 1939, Chen Jishun founded “Gaolong Hat Company”.
In 1986, Chen Gentu founded “Wenling Lianglong Xinji Craft Weaving Factory”, with a plant area of 300 square meters.
In 1993, Gaolong Craft Weaving Factory was renamed as Wenling Shunpu Craft and Art Factory, covering an area of 5 acres(about 3333 square meters).
In 1998, Wenling Shunpu Hat Industry Co., Ltd. was established in cooperation with Hong Kong Jiehao Co., Ltd., covering an area of 15 acres(about 10000 square meters).
Ongoing Growth
Zhejiang Shunpu Paper Industry Co., Ltd. was attracted to invest and enter the park, occupying an area of 68 mu (approximately 45,333 square meters).
Zhejiang Shunpu Paper Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and officially commenced operations in Oct of the same year with seven production lines. In addition to the 15,000-square-meter factory building, the facility includes supporting infrastructure such as a cafeteria, employee dormitories, and an office building. The company’s products are distributed to major domestic cities as well as international markets including Peru, Vietnam, Germany, and Sweden.
In 2007, Zhejiang Shunpu Artisanal Products Factory was renamed Zhejiang Shunpu Artisanal Products Co., Ltd., covering an area of 25 mu (approximately 16,667 square meters).
In March 2007, the second production line was officially put into operation. In the same year, the spinning workshop and the high-quality products workshop were put into use.
In September 2008,the third production line was officially put into operation.
In September 2010, the second workshop building was completed and the fourth production line was put into operation.
In July 2013,the fifth production line was officially put into operation.
In February 2017, the third workshop was completed and the sixth production line was officially put into operation. In March of the same year, the seventh production line was also officially put into operation.
In 2018, Zhejiang Shunpu Paper Industry Co., Ltd. was renamed as Zhejiang Shunpu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.
In 2021, a new product—-paper yarn,was successfully developed.
In July 2025,the eighth and ninth production lines will be officially put into operation.
In October 2025, the spinning building was officially completed and put into use, covering an area of 1,678 square meters.
