Laboratory and Office

Shunpu boasts an independent municipal-level R&D laboratory and office building. Located in the southwest of the factory, the office space serves as the company’s administrative and operational command center, and internally as a crucial platform for ensuring efficient factory operation and stimulating innovation.

The office building primarily comprises a production scheduling center, administrative offices, meeting rooms, and an exhibition hall. The production scheduling center utilizes MES and ERP systems to monitor production data, equipment status, and logistics information in each workshop in real time, thereby coordinating the entire factory’s operations and providing emergency command when necessary. The administrative offices house the factory’s management team and functional departments such as administration, human resources, finance, procurement, and sales, responsible for the factory’s daily operations management, strategic decision-making, and external business negotiations.
